the spotlight must be turned unto intensifying the need for Guidance and Counselling in every facet of our educational setup. Aside that, are also provide assistance to our students on several other challenges as Academic, Social/Emotional and Career choice.

ACADEMIC CHALLENGES
The unit assist students with their academic challenges such as study skills, test anxiety, time management, etc.

CAREER CHOICE
The unit as well, helps student in the area of career choice, making available adequate information about various career opportunities out there. The selection of programmes with emphasis on the personal interest and abilities.

SOCIAL / EMOTIONAL CHALLENGES
With the social and emotional challenges students get educated and counselled on various issues on skipping classes, procrastinating not resolving relationship issues, disorganization, home sick, poor sleep habit among others.

Change they say is constant but it does not manifest itself instantly. It goes through a gradual process. Therefore dealing with adolescents (students) is a gradual process. I will say, it is all about being consistent and insistent in talking to them in order to elicit the desirable behaviour.

With all these, the intention is to help them understand themselves and make informal decisions.
